Offering Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 19, 2024

1. Introduction

These Offering Terms and Conditions (the 'Terms') apply to all the offerings provided by Qurany (the 'Platform') to its users. The services offered on the Platform may vary and can include educational courses, tutorials, and resources aimed at enhancing users' understanding of Quranic studies and the Arabic language.

By engaging in any offering provided by the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. It is essential to read them thoroughly as they establish the legal framework for your use of the offerings, and failure to comply may result in penalties or restrictions, including suspension or termination of access.

2. Eligibility and Access to Offerings

Participation in any offering provided on the Platform is conditional upon meeting eligibility criteria set forth by Qurany. These criteria may involve age restrictions, proficiency requirements, or the completion of prerequisite courses. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that they meet these requirements prior to enrolling.

Access to offerings is typically provided upon the successful payment of fees. Once enrolled, users are granted access to the materials for personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of access.

3. Offering Fees and Payment Methods

The fees for offerings on the Platform are displayed on the offering description page. All fees must be paid before access to the offering is granted. The Platform reserves the right to adjust fees at any time. However, changes to fees will not affect users who have already enrolled and paid for an offering prior to the adjustment.

Payments can be made using the accepted payment methods outlined on the Platform. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the payment details provided are correct and up-to-date. Failure to process a payment may result in delays or loss of access to the offering.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Users may cancel their enrollment in an offering under certain conditions. Cancellations must be made within a specified period after enrolling, as indicated on the offering description page. Refunds will only be granted if the cancellation is made within this period, subject to the terms and conditions of our refund policy.

If a user fails to access or complete the offering after the cancellation period, no refund will be issued. In the event that the Platform cancels an offering, users will be eligible for a full refund or may choose to transfer their enrollment to another offering of equivalent value.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided as part of the offerings on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and course materials, are the intellectual property of Qurany or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use these materials for personal, educational purposes only.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any of the materials without the express written consent of Qurany. Unauthorized use of the materials may result in legal action.

6. User Conduct

Users of the Platform are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner when interacting with other users and instructors. Any behavior that is deemed disruptive, offensive, or harmful to others may result in the suspension or termination of access to the offering.

In addition, users are prohibited from using the Platform to engage in activities that are illegal, fraudulent, or in violation of any applicable laws and regulations. Any such conduct may result in the immediate removal from the offering without refund.

7. Changes to Offerings

Qurany reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any offering at any time without notice. If an offering is discontinued after a user has enrolled, the user will be notified and offered the option to receive a refund or transfer their enrollment to another offering of equivalent value.

8. Limitation of Liability

Qurany will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its offerings. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from the use or inability to use the offering materials or services provided.

The Platform’s total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific offering that gave rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Offering Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
